Job DescriptionDevelops and communicates major product characteristics for vehicle diagnostic hardwareMaintains and updates the team backlog according to the priority of Product Field backlogCollect and clarify the customer requirementsApproves completed stories and ensures customer perceived qualityResponsible for the artefact of “acceptance criteria” and review qualityReviews and contributes to the Product Field vision, roadmap and content presentationClose cooperation and synchronization with Product Field Head and other POsContributes in program backlog refinementDrafts team specific enablers and features, aggregates them and forwards them to program backlogElaboration of team stories and break down of program featuresMaintenance and refactoring issues in alignment with Product Field HeadCooperate with architects to identify enablerParticipates in team demo and retrospectiveDrives the team's understanding of the End User /Customer (e.g. clarifies the backlog items from End User's perspective)Participate in the selection and evaluation of hardware platform solutions, and output comparative analysis reports of competitorsCooperate suppliers for hardware production

QualificationsStrong domain and technical expertise in vehicle diagnostic area, at least 5 years of related working experience in automotive electronics, including full product life cycle development from concept to productionFamiliar with the development process and certification standards of embedded hardware productsStrong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and teams and visualization of vision and featuresResult-orientedProfound understanding of product, market and business valueStrong entrepreneurial mindsetUnderstanding of business management (marketing, sales, controlling, cost-benefit calculation)Expertise on agile and lean methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, OKR)Efficient and structured way of workingPersuasive power & courageGood written and oral English.
