The opportunity

At Roche, you will be the leader and manager of New Business Development for RDM within the Hospitals and Laboratories segment. You must understand market and customer needs to create a clear vision and communicate it to the division. You are a strategic partner who provides valuable information. Your role includes developing, securing, and implementing local and regional sales projects.

You will design strategies to map and acquire key market accounts, thereby increasing RDM's market share in the target segment.

You will ensure that the subsidiary is aligned with local and regional sales plans and budgets.

You will update and improve market analyses by actively participating with the BI area.

You will define key project elements such as scope, deliverables, schedule, responsible parties, resources, communication, and implementation plans, developing collaborative work with different internal areas of Roche, always acting as a connector, intermediary, catalyst, and coach.

You will be responsible for assembling internal and external teams/resources with the best skills to deliver results and value-added services, always adhering to Roche's internal policies.

You will develop specific solutions or adapt global or regional solutions for each project as needed.

You will create internal and external networks to facilitate project execution, advising and coordinating internal functions and teams in project implementation.

You will use RDM's CRM for project management, planning, and control, as well as knowledge transfer.

You are responsible for ensuring the commercial and financial objectives of the assigned business segment, as well as exponential growth.

Who you are

You have a valid professional license and a university degree in a field such as Chemistry, Pharmacobiology, Biology, or related fields (no restrictions).

You have more than three years of experience in the clinical laboratory sales sector.

You have previous experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager in the private clinical laboratory sector.

You have knowledge of instruments, tests, and the clinical laboratory process.

You understand the healthcare system, access processes, and institutional purchasing and supply processes.

You possess strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication, and adaptability.

Desirable Skills

Previous experience in sales positions within the clinical laboratory sector or related fields.

Fluency in the local language (Spanish) and a high level of English.

Experience with agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Documents/Word, Trello, Miro Board, Jamboard, and Tableau.

Experience with a CRM (sales force) system is desirable.
