We are opening a state-of-the-art, highly automated, BREEAM certified, Omni-Logistics Centre in Robakowo, Poland, to serve all European Portfolio Brands markets. This new warehouse will have 62K sqm and employ between 500 and 700 ambitious, committed, and motivated colleagues dedicated to fulfilling our customer promise efficiently and sustainably.

Your main responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Day-to-day transport coordination between DC In- and Outbound departments and contracted carriersTruck bookings, arrival and departure timing, increase/decrease of ordered trucks and swap body pool managementMonitor filling grades, loading and unloading efficiency and returns handling.Address accumulated operational issuesProactive in- and outbound transport planning with DC in- and outbound departments and carriers.Support the business through smooth running delivery operationsEnsure that all transportation operations and processes related to outbound shipments and returns are conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures contracts, and business requirements.Organize, coordinate, and supervise transportation and logistics services and processes, including import and export activities, in compliance with the employer's regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 4. Perform transportation forecasts and related activities.5. Be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with transportation procedures, SOPs, and contract agreements. 6. Verify the quality, safety, and contractual compliance of transportation and logistics services provided by carriers. Monitoring and acting on inbound and outbound transport KPI deviationsExecute Sustainability transport targets based on regional sustainability Strategy and targetsKwalifikacje
