The Customer Service Intern will play a key role in supporting the department’s efforts to enhance customer experience and streamline internal processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to strategic initiatives. By collaborating with the Customer Service team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in automation, onboarding, reporting, and market research, while developing essential professional skills in problem-solving, organization, and teamwork.
What will you do:
Process Automation:
•Assist in mapping departmental activities by priority.
•Collaborate with the team to implement automation tools to optimize manual workflows.
•Train team members on the new tools and monitor their effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Experience:
•Contribute to improving the customer experience processes by working closely with Customer Service Representatives.
•Create user-friendly resources to promote the company’s app.
•Analyze onboarding survey results, prepare action plans, and propose initiatives to increase survey response rates.
Support for Controls and Governance:
•Assist the Collection and Portfolio Analyst in implementing controls to minimize errors and strengthen governance within internal processes.
Market Best Practices Benchmarking:
•Research and analyze industry’s best practices to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
•Contribute to reports and recommendations that support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
•Monitor customer behavior trends to gain valuable insights for strategy development.
•Support internal reporting efforts.

Basic Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Civil Industrial Engineer, IT, or a related field (no prior experience required).
Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
Attention to detail and basic proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
English Intermediate.
Insurance issued by the University
Duration of the internship / Hours: 6 MONTHS
Specific benefits
• Amount of CLP/ 300.000 (gross) per month to cover expenses related to the development of the program.
Start Date: June 2025.
