Customer Service (Contractor)
We are looking for a customer service who will work in Fast Parts Center to manage and implement projects orders to support the Project Management Team to meet the projects orders requirements. This is a multi-skilled position, and you will grow a potential and strong talent.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage project orders implement Tracking the project status and update to PM  Coordinate with PM & customer to get the inspection requirements Support Quality and production team implement the customer inspection Optimize the process for the project orders execution and Data Analysis for projects orders

You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations and use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. and actively listen and check for understanding.


  For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, majored in international trade, business, English English 4 level Good at on PC skill, such as PPT, Excel Communication Skill, Strong Sense of Responsibility and Collaboration spirits Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Computer proficiency with ERP experience, Oracle is preferred 3 years working experience of Customer Service or Project management area
