**Job Summary** We are looking for a customer service person to work in Emerson China. You will work in the service center, handle service orders and customer communication to meet different types of order needs. This is a position with multi-skilled, and you will grow into a dedicated individual with potential. This position is not only focus on customer service, but also responsible for service order management and external coordination and communication, Monthly report with Emerson AP team or global service team. The position is familiar with the overall process from supplier to customer, Order Management, Compliance, SOP, OTD and customer survey. This is a very important position with challenges and development. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Responsible for reviewing and handling contracts or orders with customers, and responsible for entering customer orders into the system. + Responsible for market information research, customer communication and order or contract inquiry and confirmation. + Responsible for the implementation of customer sales, service and other control procedures related to customer communication, •Responsible for the quality of sales, to achieve the quality commitment of service. + Responsible for the control of customer property. + Collaborate service department to establish user information feedback network to provide basis for product and quality improvement. + Responsible for service sales statistics report. + Have the right to supervise and inspect the service production and put forward disposal suggestions. + Arrange delivery on time, figure out efficient mode of delivery, reduce costs. **Who You Are:** You ensure to give the customer timely feedback on the order status. You focus on customer, building, developing and maintaining profitable and positive relationships with customers, driving coordination to ensure delivery of orders. You deliver your message in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. Actively understand customer and market needs, and positive feedback. You are a link between factory and customer, you coordinate internal and external to provide quick, accurate and effective solutions to customer problems. You will get the most support, your potential will be fully realized, and your wisdom will be in full bloom.
