Join our team as a Quality assurance Associate and work on data investigation and provide program management support.

As a Quality Assurance Associate within our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for allocating work, tracking status, and ensuring the completion of records assigned for testing. You will question and investigate data, provide program management support, and promote process improvements. This role provides an opportunity to apply your strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, and your in-depth understanding of AML/KYC and control framework. You will also have the chance to demonstrate your ability to engage stakeholders and influence others for results.

Job responsibilities:

Work allocation, track status and completion of records assigned for testingEnsure testing is completed within the agreed timelines with highest quality standardsQuestion and investigate the reliability and integrity of data, the validity of conclusions and the appropriateness of assumptions made (where appropriate). Provide program management support, including providing training on key applications and toolsEffectively communicate with key points of contact to ensure the fluid sharing of information and feedback across pertinent teamsIdentify and drive Process improvements and other initiativesIdentifying alternatives, options, and different ways of looking at issues/problems and to seek alternative scenario’s Identify changes to processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency 

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or equivalent work experienceMin 6 years of experience within the Financial Services industry; AML/KYC knowledge, application support, and/or project management Possess in depth understanding of AML/KYC and control frameworkStrong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of dataDemonstrated ability to raise issues or information to relevant stakeholders or management with respect to the control environment and to present the issue or information in a concise and effective mannerStrong stakeholder engagement, including ability to connect business and IT stakeholders in a clear and efficient manner Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others for resultsGood product knowledge - Market products, Banking products, Fintech, Securities and Lending, Corporate and Trade Finance
