The Position

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Customer Care Specialist to join our Roche Pharma Division of Roche Slovakia who will be responsible for active processing of orders from customers followed by invoicing activities. You will be part of the administrative support team of purchasing,

Customer care and supply chain department reporting to the Supply Chain Network Enabler CZ-SK

The Opportunity:

Support in creating Credit Notes to customersCreation of sales orders and invoicing in SAP system from customersCommunication and solving of operational issues/requests from customersCooperation with the quality department in complaint management

Who You Are:

You hold a University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or relevant field preferredYou demonstrate Good command of English language written and spoken, local language on a native levelYou have good track record for working in a customer-focused role within sales, application support, customer service or training You are self-driven, roll-up sleeves“ attitude towards new challengesYou have ability to develop long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clientsYou have proven experience to handle conflicting priorities and drive actionsYou are self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independentlyYou have a proactive mindset with eagerness to learn & grow within the roleYou have team player attitude, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and set the right priorities

Salary starts from 1500 EUR gross/month, final salary depends on the level of skills and experience. The employment contract will be concluded with our vendor/agency in service.
