Purpose of Role: The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will be entering and auditing purchase orders and reviewing for proper discounts, commercial terms/conditions, and shipping terms. They will be working with multiple departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction and should maintain a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, and customer focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Manage and nurture customer accounts ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed. Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.Clear Communication: Direct customers to correct internal departments and communicate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.Enter Orders and Quotes: Update SAP with order information and requested details, checking for errors and ensuring credit and taxes are in accordance of company policy and the proper field code as been assigned for product categorization and sales identificationMaintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and utilize internal resources when answering customer inquiries. Provide accurate information about products and services.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

3-5 years of customer support experienceMust be a critical thinker, problem solver, and a team playerIndustrial manufacturing background is preferredSAP experience is preferred
