As a Currencies Emerging Market Operations Associate in the Operations group, you will manage and support global market operations, including products like Foreign Exchange, Rates Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Market and Working Capital Demand Loans, and Term Loans. You will leverage your knowledge of trade lifecycles, regulatory guidelines, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless operations. Job responsibilities:

Possess knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle of the aforesaid productsBe well versed with the Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (CCIL) Reporting, Settlement, Confirmation, Nostro and Wash Account Monitor regulatory and prudential limits for financial productsBuild strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with business, finance, compliance, and legal teamsUnderstand the Regulatory and/or Foreign Exchange Dealers Association of India (FEDAI) Guidelines governing these products and monitoring of various Prudential & Regulatory Limits

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 9 years of work experience in Bank Operations related rolePrior knowledge in products like Foreign Exchange, Rates Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Market and Working Capital Demand Loans, and/or Term LoansPositive attitude and solution-oriented approachExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAutomation mindset to create efficiency and enhance controlsStrong interpersonal and partnership skills

Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance or equivalent degree is a plus
