Description Amazon’s global cross channel, cross category marketing team (XCM), is looking for a Creative Director – Art Director to lead the conceptualization and execution of bold, global cross channel campaigns. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day creative, while helping shape the long-term direction of the brand. The ideal candidate brings a strong visual background, a passion for world-class creative, great design sensibility and a proven track record of delivering standout work across channels—all while thriving in fast-paced, highly creative environments. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
