Corporate Account Manager, Healthcare

As a Corporate Account Manager you will maintain a book of business, drive sales growth and effectively manage relationships with our health system customers. Candidates should reside near a major US airport in Georgia, Louisiana or Florida.

What You Will Do:

Establish, grow, and manage new and existing health system customers.

Learn our customers’ operations, understand their challenges and provide infection prevention solutions to meet their needs.

Identify business needs and opportunities, as well as develop and implement customized solutions for our customers.

Develop key relationships in the health system accounts.

Attend business and social events in support of customer relationships.

Report to Corporate Accounts leadership.

Position Details:

Primary Work Location: Atlanta, Miami, New Orleans and Orlando.

Less than 50% travel, averaging one out of five weeks for office time

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelors Degree

5 years healthcare/medical sales experience

2 years corporate or national accounts experience

Position requires a current and valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)

Preferred Qualifications: 

Masters Degree

Experience calling on health systems and/or IDN Supply Chain

Conceptual sales skills (desire / ability to sell a concept, in addition to a tangible product)

Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams (across regions, functions and businesses)

Financial and analytical skills, with the understanding P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concern

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $153,600-$230,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
