Job Title: Early Careers Analyst - Campus Programs

Location: Buenos Aires 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to promote our brand and attract top talent. Program Development: Design and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies and programs that align with our organizational goals and values. Event Coordination: Plan and execute campus events, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions, to engage with students and promote our early careers opportunities. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, and marketing, to align campus recruitment efforts with business needs. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement. Diversity and Inclusion: Diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in campus recruitment or early careers programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
