Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Generative and Conversational AI Consultant to support our mission of transforming customer service through conversational AI. In this role, you will analyze existing customer service projects, identify GenAI opportunities, and develop proof-of-concepts and demos that showcase the capabilities of both our in-house Conversational AI platform as well as leading industry solutions, including Genesys Cloud CX, Google CCAI, Cognigy, or Salesforce, and Generative AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing services and identify areas with high potential for conversational AI.Design and build conversational flows, demos, and simple proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate use cases and drive stakeholder engagement.Translate business requirements into functional conversational designs aligned with user needs and platform capabilities.Act as a technology scout and innovation partner to stay informed about developments in the Conversational and Generative AI market.Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (Product Manager, Developers, Solution Architects, UX Designers, etc.) to ensure feasibility and scalability of provided solutions.Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders or external clients during pre-sales, discovery, and early delivery phases.Document and communicate best practices, patterns, and findings across the organization.QualificationsEducation: Studies in Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, comparable studies, or equivalent professional experience.Experience: Proven experience in Conversational AI, either as a consultant, solution engineer, or technical business analyst. Nice to have: Previous work in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise environment; Experience with NLU/NLP design and conversational UX.Knowledge: Hands-on experience with at least one leading platform: Genesys Cloud CX, Google CCAI, Cognigy, or Salesforce. Nice to have: Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for prototyping.Qualifications: Strong communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex technology into clear value propositions; Understanding of customer service processes, KPIs, and digital transformation goals. Nice to have: Proficiency in building chatbots or voicebots with low-code/no-code platforms.Languages: English or German (Level: min. B2-C1).Additional InformationWe offer options to mobile working.
