If you answered yes to the above, then we have an exciting opportunity to join the ASP and Compliance team as a Compliance Analyst. This part or full-time role will have the option to be fully remote or hybrid out of our Irvine, CA office and will report directly to the Compliance Operations Manager.
The Compliance Analyst is a critical and empowered role on the ASP Compliance Team. You will be expected to work closely with the ASP Head of Compliance, Regional Compliance Leaders, Compliance Operations Manager, ASP commercial team members, and our third-party channel partners around the world. Your main focus within the compliance function will be the ASP Third Party Business Integrity Program but you will also be tasked to assist with other important projects on an “as needed” basis.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage ASP’s Third-Party Business Integrity Program (TPBIP) process and facilitate execution of the program in support of the Global Compliance Team by:
+ Maintaining database of existing third parties and ensuring they are up to date on all forms, trainings and due diligence necessary based on the TPBIP schedule as provided in the Fortive TPBIP Policy and Procedure and ASP’s TPBIP Control Memo;
+ Ensuring that ASP is in continuing compliance with the Fortive TPBIP Policy and Procedure and ASP’s TPBIP Control Memo, including but not limited to creation/delivery of training to internal personnel, assisting in on-going auditing/monitoring activities and creation of standard work for dissemination to appropriate commercial team members;
+ Sending due diligence questions to potential new Third-Party Intermediaries (TPI);
+ Reviewing the returned documentation from TPIs and internal business colleagues; and either escalating to regional compliance leads or moving the TPI to the next step in the TPBIP workflow;
+ Preparing and maintaining current standard work related to TPBIP process and other tasks related to the implementation and administration of the TPBIP due diligence compliance documentation and database;
+ Coordinating and providing administrative assistance with TPI compliance training, and maintaining training documentation, tracking, records, certifications and attendance databases;
+ Assisting in reviewing and monitoring third party data transition to new database provider;
+ Providing high quality customer service to internal clients and TPIs when responding to compliance-related questions or issues.
**Qualifications - External **
+ Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience as a compliance specialist supporting a corporate compliance department.
+ Database management experience strongly preferred.
+ Undergraduate degree and additional compliance certifications preferred.
**Skills/Experience: **
+ Prior experience working as a collaborative team player.
+ Prior experience identifying and resolving process concerns and/or questions.
+ Prior experience working and documenting within a third party due diligence program.
+ Data report, pivot table, and Excel database skills.
+ Strong follow-up skills.
+ Experience with business processes/systems.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, discretion and collegiality.
+ Unquestioned integrity and excellent judgment.
+ Cultural savvy: the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
