We are looking for a pro-active, passionate and talented Communications Intern. By fulfilling this role you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the Communications team on global and local level by:

managing and maintaining official internal communications by creating content: newsletters, articles, information emails, social media  posts, creatives, videos and podcasts

managing and maintaining internal communication channels

managing operational activities of assigned company events

ensuring accurate administration of communications activities

actively participating in workshops, meetings and work-related team events

being partly involved in exciting projects together with other teams

you have ongoing studies at any Hungarian University/college

you are available cca 25-30 hours per week (more flexibility provided during exam periods)

you are available for at least a year

you are fluent in Hungarian

you have an excellent command of English and outstanding communication skills

you are familiar with Google platforms (slides, sheet, docs, drive, forms, etc.)

you have a customer oriented mind-set and you are creative, enthusiastic, pro-active and open to taking over new tasks

you are reliable, dedicated to delivering quality work

you are willing to learn and develop and you are open for further career opportunities within Roche

you are good in creative writing and visual thinking

it is an advantage if you are experienced in digital media, can create and edit videos

it’s an advantage if you are confident in using  Canva 

it’s an advantage if you have a good understanding on the current social media trends
