As Commercial Leader for Philips Personal Health in Iberia, being part of the Personal Health (PH) business in Western Europe (WE) and its Leadership Team, you will lead an organization across Sales, Marketing, Professional and Commercial Analytics teams, across the 3 Business Units in Personal Health: Grooming & Beauty, Oral Health Care and Mother & Child Care.
Key Responsibilities:
IberiaI Strategy Development: Formulate and implement localized shopper activation and sales plans to maximize performance across all channels. Performance Management: Ensure delivery against key financial, consumer, and customer performance indicators Channel Strategy Execution: Define and implement the channel strategy and customer choices, aligning with the overall regional commercial strategy. Maximize our portfolio and execute effective channelization and promotion strategies.Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute strong Joint Business Plans with top customers, ensuring mutual growth and success.Consumer and Shopper Activation: Lead the execution of consumer and shopper activation programs tailored to the unique Sources of Business in Iberia.Collaborative Engagement: Secure strong collaboration end-to-end between region, country and customers to create impactful experiences for consumers.Leadership and Development: Demonstrate excellence in organizational leadership and people development, driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.Execution Bias : Drive excellence in sales fundamentals to maximise Philips brand presence.
You're the right fit if you have:
10+ years of industry experience and a university degreeMastery level of commercial, customer-facing, or negotiation experiences (e.g., joint business planning, annual negotiations);Advanced experience in developing local marketing strategies in Iberia to drive consumer engagement and maximize media presence (i.e., developing marketing plans including demand generation/media / digital / PR, etc.);Proficient experience in portfolio management (range and portfolio build-up, pricing & channelization);Advanced experience in dealing with business acumen (e.g. P&L management);Mastery level of understanding commercial landscape, retail dynamics and strategic account planning;Advanced leadership with an enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in end-to-end organization;Mastery of the ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent, and nurture an inspiring culture;Have a Quality First mindset;Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English.
