Join our team as a Performance Business Transformation Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in transitioning asset owner and asset manager clients to a new platform. Your expertise in performance, attribution, and analytics products will be key to delivering accurate and timely reports.

As a Performance Business Transformation Manager within our Commercial & Investment Bank team, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning asset owner and asset manager clients to a new platform. Your expertise in performance, attribution, and analytics products will be key to delivering accurate and timely reports. You will coordinate the onboarding of clients from a legacy internal platform to an external platform, working closely with internal stakeholders in client operations, product technology, and product management across global operating sites. Your success will depend on your strong knowledge of performance, attribution, and analytics products, as well as your ability to manage a team to deliver accurate reports.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate a team to produce accurate reporting according to client/project timelines. Work independently and collaboratively to verify performance/risk analytics across platforms using available tools. Partner with performance operations to understand client behavior as needed. Possess a business-level understanding of platform functions (legacy and external). Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal management/front-line staff. Identify, document, and resolve production issues pre- and post-migration. Provide concise client migration status updates and assist with prioritization. Present findings, outcomes, and solutions at stakeholder meetings. Support the review of end-to-end workflow effectiveness and documentation of SOPs. Implement controls to address key operational risks of the team. Assist senior department leadership with project staffing and governance decisions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum 15 years of industry experience with institutional clients, including 5 or more years working with market-leading performance, attribution, and analytics software platforms. Deep understanding of the systems/software development lifecycle. Proficiency with office productivity software. Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and embrace a steep learning curve. Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Industry-recognized professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, and CIPM are preferred. BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, preferably in business/finance or math.
