Client Service Administrator
Summary Join the Bloom Financial Associates team at Thrivent -- a thriving, purpose-driven financial advisory team empowering women and couples through personalized financial planning and wealth management. As our Client Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in daily operations, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute directly to our mission-focused, collaborative environment. This position is located in Mendota Heights, MN (hybrid). Job Description What You'll Do: + Client Experience (40%): Communicate professionally, capture detailed meeting notes, draft clear client summaries, and proactively support client follow-ups. + Operations & Administration (35%): Organize client meeting preparations, maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce), and assist with new account setups and forms. + Project & Team Support (25%): Collaborate on special projects, marketing initiatives, and event planning, primarily working with Anne Kersten while supporting Eva Stukenberg (team lead) and shared clients 25% of the time. Who You Are: + Organized & Proactive: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. + Detail-Oriented Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Service-Focused & Accountable: Reliable, proactive in follow-ups, and committed to high-quality outcomes.
