Job Description

The Client Relations Executive Assistant supports the Client Relations Executives in servicing Eurofins Built Environment Testing clients with the goal of total client satisfaction.  Candidates must be living near one of the following locations, Burlingame, CA, Glendale, CA, Pomona, CA, Tustin, CA or San Diego, CA.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Must understand the internal operational capabilities and limitations and be knowledgeable in the service capability matrices of the various lab locations.Ability to assist with administrative tasks as determined by the Client Relations Executive TeamManage and provide timely responses to simple client requestsWork closely with Laboratory Support to ensure proper receipt and login of samples.Answer and redirect phone calls coming into the Customer Service LineEnsure that clients receive the proper sampling supplies by coordinating requests for products.Manage Intercompany quoting and transfer of projectsTravel within California will be required during training.

QualificationsBS degree in Biology or related science preferredExperience: 1-2 years Customer Service preferredFamiliarity with a laboratory setting is preferredAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipProfessional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in EnglishAbility to travel within California will be required during training.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. Qualified candidates currently living within a commutable distance of either Burlingame, Glendale, Tustin, Pomona or San Diego, CA are encouraged to apply. 

Travel within Southern California will be required during training. 

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base compensation of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
