Client Executive, Health & Benefits

This position will be in charge of customer services delivery to assigned clients and contribute to the achievement of renewal target of the team and efficiently promoting cross-selling and/or up-selling to achieve targets

The Role

•    Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned clients, including local and high-end medical plan and strickly follow Broker Manual.
•    Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey including but not limit to:
o    Placement cycle: designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
o    Contract management: preparing communication documents and deliver presentation for client, manage adjustments and prepare preriodically claim report during the insured year
o    Claim support: Providing guidance and assistance for individual clients (insured person) for insurance coverage and claims preparation, submission and resolution; escalating claim disputes to manager for guidance and support
o    Operation support: support Account Manager in tasks related to system
•    Work closely with Team Leader to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
•    Promote the cross-selling and/or up-selling with every renewal client
•    Support Account Manager/ Team leader in preparation for bids and tenders 
•    Actively participate in projects of WTW
•    Other tasks assigned by the Company

 The Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Insurance
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry or in customer service roles in hospitals/healthcare companies
•    Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship management skills
•    High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
•    Proactive and detail-oriented with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
•    Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
•    Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
