The regulatory focus on Resiliency is significant. Global regulators are moving toward the concept of Operational Resilience, which continues to challenge organizations to enhance their resiliency frameworks. CIB Resiliency covers Front Office, Operations, Technology and Corporate Functions.
As the Americas CIB Resilience Programme lead, your role will be to ensure the region manages its resiliency posture in a proactive manner so that the firm can effectively maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruptive events. Your remit will include management of location stakeholders and clients through the spectrum covering routine resilience planning to crisis management; and co-ordination with partner functions for capability readiness. You will need to work closely with the broader CIB Resilience leadership team to ensure cohesive delivery and with other key partners across the wider firm.
You will need excellent leadership and engagement skills in order to build strong and effective working relationships with the broader team, your peers and senior management in order to develop, adjust and maintain an effective resilience programme.

Run the regional resilience programme, ensuring key stakeholders have full transparency of the resiliency posture of the region. Execute the Firmwide resilience strategic agenda, partnering closely with your global partners and the Firmwide Resilience team Develop a cohesive and effective partnership with business and operations Proactively manage resilience risks to incorporate appropriate mitigations and controls Engage with control stakeholders, and with 2nd and 3rd lines of defense, Establish mechanisms for effective risk & performance measurement through KRIs / KPIs, reporting, and governanceKey Skills:

Experience in an investment banking Regulatory, Compliance or Operational team is desirable Business Resilience, Operational & Crisis Management experience desirable Strong working knowledge of compliance, audit, risk and operational management concepts Successful track record of delivering results Demonstrated governance over process and controls, both over established and required enhancements Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload
