WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a [Derivatives Admission Specialist], you will focus on derivatives admission proposals
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Analyze new derivatives admission proposals from CCR and market risk perspective
- Analyze ISDA& CSA admission for corporates clients, giving a product opinion
- Analyze new products, tenor or underlying approval
- Analyze Market risk limits approval
- Monitoring of the main product activities
- Define and Implement Product Risk Frameworks
- Relevant role in implementing new products for the new business initiatives
- Upgrade the current tools to evaluate and measure the different risk metrics (PFE, profitability, XVA...)
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 8 – 12 years of experienceEDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Physics, Maths...SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Advanced knowledge of financial markets and treasury products,Advanced english levelDerivatives and SFTs product expertise: Equity structures, Securities finance (both liquid and illiquid assets), Structured Credit (customized notes and bespoke transactions) and Fixed Income/FX/IR/Commodities derivatives. Expertise in securitizations is also valuable.Counterparty Credit Risk Model and Valuation knowledgeMarket Risk Model knowledge and expertise in Valuation Model of complex derivativesRegulatory requirements involving CCR products: capital obligations, Stress Test, Compliance requirements, etc.Comprehension of Master Agreement contracts involving derivatives and SFTsAdvanced knowledge of Santander systems infrastructureKnowledge of programming language such as Python, SQL or VBA is desirableOTHER INFORMATION
