Global Lead Division Channel Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for various aspects within our global channel support team in ABB’s Drive Products Division. This Division belongs to our Motion Business Area and you will also have some similar responsibilities there, supporting the global function and ensuring the full reach to all our markets. This role is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.The role is part of the Channel Support Team for MODP/MO and will be responsible for the ABB Value Provider Program authorization, other Channel Partner Programs and associated processes. The ABB Value Provider Program is a global channel partner program for distributors, wholesalers, panel builders, installers, service providers and system integrators. Authorized members of this premium program are called ABB Value Providers. You will be mainly accountable:• Responsible of ABB Value Provider (AVP) Program and other Channel Partner Programs authorization process, as well as following up to ensure all requirements for the program are fulfilled through supporting the LSUs with their tasks in the process.• Supporting the Channel Partner Learning Management System (LMS) and countries with their requests as part of the authorization process.• Responsible of the ordering process for AVP promotional items in line with new authorizations.• Preparing instructions, guidelines and giving training on channel management processes and tools.• Arranging online training sessions for ABB country channel managers for process updates and other channel support related items when required• Maintaining and improving dashboards for the AVP & Channel Management process to allow the countries have the required data at their fingertips.• Training on other Channel Support related activities such as SFDC channel support, AVP authorizations and other tools and processes• Maintaining documentation to be shared with local channel teams as per application updates for different channel partner tools. • Management of queries from channel support mailbox & ensuring the resolution of respective tickets.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent proven track record in businessChannel and Front-End sales management experience; Knowledge management and organization development skills a plusKnowledge and skills within SFDC and channel management processes is an advantageOrganizational, administration and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail and a flexible and adaptable approach to workFluency of written and spoken communication skills in English is mandatoryCurrent documentation / or valid visa to work in Finland is required
