Your role and responsibilities
-Defines and implements the channel sales stragegy and budget. Make sure the channel strategy can be well awared by channel partner and sales team.\t\t\t\t\t\t-Contibutes in achieving channel management key financial targets, and define channel partner performance follow up actions and implement accordingly\t\t\t\t\t-Identifies, evaluates and develops regional channel partners together with the Channel or Sales Manager, and make sure the channel partner national distribution is healthy and sustainable.-According to strong sense of market trend understanding, define reasonable channel target, contributes in channel partner frame agreemnts define and negotiation, and create offers-Supports in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers. \t\t\t
Qualifications for the role-Sc. Bachelor degree or above, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Marketing related majors-3-5 years experiences working in Sales or marketing related functions are required.-Bright personality and self-motivated, and work independently under high pressure, and willing to communicate with customers in good skills, and can adapt to frequent travel.-Good English communication and writing-Proficient in computer skill
