**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Performs Change Order Requests from CRM and common mailbox and follow-ups with Sales Offices in case clarifications are needed. + Works with Supply Chain to identify potential costs involved for all specific changes. + Calculates HUB costs and updates the Recharge file for the Finance department. + Provides support with solving production Red Lights, disassembly and any other specific tasks. Implements mass changes in the operating business system (e.g: mass reconfiguration, BOM updates). **Who You Are:** You build the customer relationships.
