The Position

You will be in charge of central health strategy development and health access related activities in certain diseases' area.

Your Opportunity

Understand the external strategic development direction in related diseases area, study and analyse the changes in regulations and policies of central health relevant government departments, identify relevant opportunities and risks, and support the access strategy development in certain diseases area;Prioritize and carry out central health access related activities, such as National Crucial Drug List access, etc.;Establish and maintain collaborative relations with central health related government departments, as well as academic institutions such as associations, and jointly promote the health policies development and implementation;Participate the CMA plans and strategies development with integrating the insights from central access work, and achieve the company's goals.

Who you are

Bachelor degree or above, public health, clinical, pharmacy, sociology or related majors will be preferred.At least 5 year industry& policy working experiences, including health access activities, especially, National Essential Drug List access management experiencesGood project management & implementation expertise;Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing and relationships building skills.Being proactive, having passion and self-motivated;Strong sense of responsibility and dedication and Team work spiritExcellent English both in oral and in writingGood slides and data analysis skill
