Cashflow Manager

The Ecolab Corporate Treasury department offers a team-focused and global dynamic environment that provides opportunities to develop strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for a self-starter who will work to improve regional treasury processes, solve complex problems, and maintain a rigorous control environment. This role provides a dynamic mix of treasury operations and liquidity projects that contribute to Ecolab’s success.

As a Cashflow Manager, you will be responsible for planning and forecasting of Direct Cashflows, reporting and analysis of Working Capital and controlling CAPEX, dividend planning as well as supporting liquidity projects. This position will directly report to the Senior Treasury Manager, Europe.

What You Will Do:

Helps to drive Cash Management project automation and simplification of processesDrive legal entities liquidity projects (like our ERP implementation from a banking perspective) working with the market finance teams, IT and the relationship banks.Prepares, monitors and analyze the Quarterly Free Cashflow Plan and Forecast (operating cashflows, CapEx, tax impact) for corporate reporting, as well as presents to VP Finance, EuropeAnalyzes and reports Quarterly Working Capital metrics with GBS and Collection teams to CorporateReports, monitors and controls CAPEX for divisions, functions, and supply chainProvides a Quarterly Net Income Forecast (legal entity) for Internal Finance Committee proposes.Quarterly reviews with European Tax on cash tax and transfer pricing.Recommends actions on legal entities that require capitalization, further working capital intervention, intercompany loan, capitalization or can be liquidated.Provides quarterly commentary on operating cash movements for SOX controlsSupports repatriation planning (forecasting dividends, transfer pricing, ...)Ownership of KPIs: monitor performance of net income, free cash flow, dividends paid

What You Will Need:  

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, business, or related disciplineMinimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Treasury or FP&AAdvanced spreadsheet (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint) and financial systems skills (HFM, EPM, SAP will be a plus)Prior experience in a multinational corporation or financial institutionExperience with financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.Strong analytical aptitude, organizational skills, and high attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsResults oriented and proactive with a process improvement mindset
