Join our team as a Cash Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payments for our global clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading industry provider of clearing, custody, operations, and technology solutions.

As a Cash Operations Specialist within EMEA Payments Operations Team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Payments Processing Function. You will process multi-currency payments, maintain operational checks and controls, and support various shift patterns to ensure seamless payment operations for our clients.

Job responsibilities:

Completes daily payment operations checks and controls in line with procedures. Repairs payment transactions and verifies transactions. Processes manual instructions as needed. Reviews, researches, and processes exceptions in line with procedures. Monitors transaction activity and control settlement timeframes tracking. Leads small-sized projects from time to time in line with Ops efficiency objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues and escalating as appropriate. A strong client focus.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Strong PC and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft products. Working knowledge of EMEA payment clearings and SWIFT message types.
