As a Cash and Controls Associate within the Prime Financial Services team, you will be responsible for moderate to complex tasks involving cash movements in/out of client accounts. You will prepare funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA’s) and coordinate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding. You will additionally work in partnership with various Operations departments and team members to meet goals as well.

Job responsibilities

Prepare imperative funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA’s)/AffiliatesReview instructions for proper allocation of wires to client/funding accounts within appropriate thresholdReconcile ledgers through investigation using various systems and toolsCoordinate with other lines of business to facilitate proper fundingVerify internal entries for processing and confirming instructionsManage Projects - work in partnership with various Operations Departments and team members to meet goalsEngage in industry changeManage and process high value wires with a key focus on risk and control

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Risk and control experiencePayments experience including SWIFT / ACH / FED Wire / CHIPSDetailed orientedGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and Microsoft skills including proficiency in Microsoft ExcelMust be willing to obtain Series 99 within first 120 days
