Call Center Agent POSITION SNAPSHOT Company: Nestlé Business Services Location: Cairo, Egypt. Department: Source to Pay Bachelor’s Degree Holder Position Summary Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world. At our very core, we are a human environment – passionate people driven by the purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. + The Call center Agent will be responsible for handling Waters Consumers Requests, 6 working days, one shift from 9:00 to 5:00 PM. A Day in the Life + Responds to queries about Nestle Waters HOD services via various communication channels (Calls, WhatsApp Chats, Facebook Leads, Emails) by explaining necessary information. + Responds to requests by completing transactions and forwarding inquiries. + Corporate with a Home and Office Delivery Distribution Team to provide quality service to customers. + Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints. + Recognize and report patterns in customer calls to the managements. + Sells extra services by identifying upsell chances and discussing new features. + Gather all customer information and enter it into the ACW system. AM I a GOOD FIT?- + Bachelor’s degree + 0-1 years of experience in relevant field + Strong Communication skills + Strong Sales Skill + Ability to work in a challenging environment. + Strong typing skills (Arabic and English)
