The PositionThis position plays a strategic role in driving value, securing patient access, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Mainly accountable from exploring opportunities within the commercial ground, proactively identifying and addressing obstacles in the supply & procurement processes and providing nationwide product availability. The role is pivotal in identifying shared purpose and value, co-creating unconventional solutions and implementing them collaboratively across ecosystems, ultimately impacting outcomes for Turkish patients.
Responsible for the whole portfolio across different regions and has a Disease Area (DA) specific hat to support end to end commercial partnership.
Main stakeholders of this role are DMO, wholesalers, hospital managements, hospital pharmacists, purchasing depts.
Customer Management:
Builds long-term, trust-based partnerships with pharmaceutical wholesalers, public & private hospitals to ensure Roche’s products remain accessible in these key channels.
Engages with a variety of decision makers in the procurement process and acts as a solution partner for customers.
Determines commercial priorities considering financial ambition and DA needs, analyzes market conditions and tailors revenue growth strategies.
Tender Management:
Ensures timely patient access to products by offering consultancy to hospital pharmacists on efficient demand management.
Facilitate portfolio awareness (such as stock management, new hospital products, quality, storage conditions) in hospital pharmacies with the support of other internal responsible functions (i.e. medical, quality, field force team) to ensure focus and prioritization considering treatment dynamics.
Sales Analysis & Insight Generation:
Has a proactive role in DA rituals to enhance the collaboration between Commercial affairs & DA teams aimed to improve sales cycles, allowing Roche to better meet customer demands and capture market opportunities. Delivers account analysis and brings channel based competitive insights to increase the accuracy of sales projections and ensures early signaling of risks.
Creates internal awareness in purchasing behavior, stock levels and consumption trends.
Who you are
You have demonstrated 3 to 5 years experience in Key Account Management or related area in the pharmaceutical industry
You possess a solid understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and governance
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong partnering skills, enabling effective listening and communication
You have a growth mindset, eager to learn, unlearn, and contribute to knowledge sharing within Roche
You leverage internal networks with an enabler mindset to create and scale value
You excel in stakeholder engagement and have the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
You have strong business acumen, particularly in commercialization and customer experience, and are adept at using digital tools
You are at least Intermediate level of English and fluent in Turkish
