The Role

Wood is recruiting for a Business Performance Manager - Finance to join its Operations Americas, to lead and support Business Performance activities, covering all aspects of Financial Data ownership and measurement. This key leadership role involves significant influence and decision-making responsibilities, working closely with the Leadership Team and various functions to drive growth, cost optimization, and ensure robust systems and internal controls. Responsibilities include risk management, reporting, forecasting, and leading the region’s reporting team.
