The Opportunity
As a highly motivated Business Partner you have the passion and approach for crafting an excellent customer experience as part of our License to Operate and Business Enablement Team, who share a passion and dedication for enabling our organization and brands at Roche. Through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving, we build a customer-centric culture that fosters dedication and trust.
You drive and coordinate a broad range of administrative tasks, supporting the product teams and department managers. Ensuring that all project and event coordination—both internal and external—is implemented in full compliance with local regulations and guidelines.
You facilitate collaboration with external partners, including healthcare professionals and commercial vendors, by managing contracts, coordinating logistics, processing payments, and handling related administrative tasks.
You support the product teams with creation of materials, ensuring handling in a compliant way.
You manage internal on-site and off-site meetings, securing planning, booking and logistics planning in the affiliate on cooperation with other team members.
You support internal colleagues with office management tasks in coordination with other team members and the office assistant.
You excel in working with various IT systems and tools that support operational and business needs, and you quickly adapt to new technologies that enhance efficiency and task execution.
Who You Are
You have experience within the pharmaceutical industry (minimum 3-5 years) and a solid understanding of ENLI rules (Ethical rules for the pharmaceutical industry in Denmark).
You are fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are organized, structured, and naturally strong in planning, multitasking, and prioritization; You are dedicated and understand business urgency.
You are experienced with layout and design tools, like InDesign, and have an eye for detail.
You are a collaborative great teammate who is proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, agile environment.
