Experience in process transformation. Networking with key C-levels in the country. Technology enablers who promote the use of data and artificial intelligence in the transformation of channels and processes, focusing on business cases that generate value and efficiency. **Required technical and professional expertise** Experience in process evaluation. Application of efficiencies through the use of data and artificial intelligence. Knowledge of new ways of working. Experience in applying agile methodologies. Handling work under pressure and managing frustration. Negotiation skills and opening new opportunities to qualify them to achieve significant deals and negotiations.
