As a Business Execution Lead within the CS&I COS team, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle for the CSO operating model conversion and client visit initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This role is crucial in assisting senior management and coordinating the deployment of corporate resources to achieve strategic goals.
The CS&I COS team focuses on client onboarding and service, playing a vital role in the Innovation Economy. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the CSO operating model conversion and client visit initiatives.Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.Monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies.Lead ad-hoc analyses and growth strategy projects.Own materials and preparation for key business reviews.Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities.Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.Facilitate meetings and presentations for stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Develop and implement change management strategies.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
