Job DescriptionMeticulously prepare small (less than 200L) and large (200L-500L) volume buffers and tissue culture media in strict adherence to standard operating procedures for various R&D science lines and pilot manufacturing.Expertly set up, operate, and critically assess non-GMP unit operations, including bioreactors, centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and final fill processes, ensuring optimal performance and results.Rigorously execute Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) protocols, conduct aseptic sampling with utmost precision, and diligently manage parts washing, inventory, documentation, work order generation, and data entry/evaluation.Perform complex algebraic mathematical calculations with high accuracy to determine critical parameters such as molarity, molality, and percentages.Precisely calculate volumes of solution components based on intricate mathematical formulas, ensuring exact proportions for experimental and manufacturing processes.QualificationsRequired Experience:
