Become a Billing Process Improvement Analyst and directly impact the efficiency of our BAU Billing Team! You'll lead process improvement projects, implementing enhancements, insightful dashboards, and smart automations. What you’ll do

Develop comparative reports on billing data (customer, product, pricing) to enhance customer understanding.

Support the discovery of revenue opportunities by identifying anomalies, patterns, and trends in billing/revenue data.

Create wireframes and mock-ups for dashboards and reports to communicate visualization and functionality.

Deliver system support, including training, for end-users different business units.

Contribute to the analysis of customer, product, and pricing combinations to drive optimization and improvements.

What experience you need 

2-4  years working in an Accounting environment or Process Improvement projects.

Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1).

Excel proficiency ( 80% passing score). 

Technical degree or 2+ years of university studies in Business Administration, Process Improvement, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.    

What could set you apart

Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle database systems.

Experience with RPA technologies and methodologies.

Proven ability to leverage Tableau for data visualization and analysis.

Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Excellent communication ability.

Organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
