The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and resolving accurate and timely shipment audit in SAT for TR and invoice to customers ICOD reversals . This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills. **General Description** The General Billing Admin is mainly responsible for processing of SAT shipment audit, providing action to be done to clear items in the system. The role also includes summarizing the result of audit and send out to TR billing team, when necessary . Monitor and makes follow up to ensure open items are cleared in a timely manner. Aslo is responsible to review and invoice all ICOD reverslas to TR **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting With at least 3 years working experience in Accounting preferably in Billing or Reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and English skills will be an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Duties and Responsibilities:** Timely, complete and accurate processing of ISMT/SAT shipment audit for TR Providing recommendation and action to clear the items in ISMT/SAT based on the audit findings Timely completion of the necessary reports Review and invoice ICOD reversals to TR Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
