Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a Bilingual Leasing Support Specialist to ensure smooth operations between our Spanish-speaking merchants and our payment processing solutions. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate documentation, resolving billing inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our merchant base while ensuring compliance with our leasing procedures. The position serves as a vital bridge between our Spanish-speaking merchants and our internal teams. 

The Impact you’ll makeDocumentation Management\nProcess and audit leasing paperwork for accuracy and compliance\nMaintain organized digital records of all merchant documentation\nEnsure the completeness of merchant files and follow up on missing information\nMerchant Support\nProvide bilingual support to merchants regarding their leasing agreements\nAddress and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies\nGuide merchants through documentation requirements and processes\nInternal Collaboration\nWork closely with the underwriting team to verify documentation\nCoordinate with various departments to resolve merchant issues\nContribute to improving internal processes and procedures\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nFluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)\nMinimum 1 year of customer-facing experience\nExperience with financial documentation or leasing\nProven track record of attention to detail\nRemote work experience\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40 MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nDocumentation management\nBasic financial literacy\nProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience with CRM systems\nYou should apply if… \nYou thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment\nYou're passionate about providing excellent customer service\nYou enjoy problem-solving and finding solutions\nYou're detail-oriented and take pride in accurate work\nYou're comfortable managing multiple priorities\nYou're proactive and take initiative in your work\n\nWhat to expect...
