Your Impact + Strong oral and written communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present information to clients, contractor, + other staff and management.Proactive, forward thinking risk management throughout the project lifecycle. + Strong analytical and Core and Shell, Coordination with Contractors and Stakeholders. + Understanding design drawings of scope, schedule and budget. + Development of project scopes, budgets and schedules. + Development and management of Operational Readiness Activation Transition (ORAT). + Understanding and participating with technical aspects of contract negotiation, presentations and meetings. + Understanding of review and approval process for progress payments for design and construction, including Tenant Reimbursable Agreement (TRA). + Maintenance of clear lines of communication and contractual relationship between Owner, Contractor, Staff and Design Team. + Ability to direct others in the field such as CMAR and third-party consultants to consistently complete tasks safely and efficiently. + The willingness to learn new technologies. Who You Are **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Additional experience in lieu of degree. + 12+ years of experience in aviation, Owner’s Representation and Construction, Management. + Able to review contract documentation at all stages of the project. + The ability to understand AutoCAD/ construction drawings. + Demonstrated knowledge and experience with FAA advisory circulars and procedures. + Strong airside and landside experience on large hub U.S. commercial airports. + Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contracts on project-related matters. + Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients. + Valid driver's license must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company's vehicle driving privileges as outlined in the Company's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy. + Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. + Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. + Hire is contingent upon client approval, being able to obtain an airport security SIDA badge, and the successful completion of a background check which will be initiated upon receipt of your signed offer letter.
