What You Can Expect Develop Medical Education strategies and learning pathways to meet the required learning objectives and content deliverables for Malaysia and Export Markets such as Vietnam & Indonesia.Analyze HCP learner profiles to map learning matrix and design education programs Design, develop, and implement all MedEd programs/ events for Malaysia and Export Markets in compliance with company policies and processes.Evaluate current Medical Education offerings internally and the external landscape to identify gaps for improvements in program design/ delivery for Malaysia and Export Markets Efficiently manage MedEd resources and allocated budgets.Partner effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Grants, Legal, Compliance, Finance, MedEd staff from the other countries/ regions) for the training needs of Malaysia and Export Markets.Develop and manage local faculty relationshipsCollaborate with external customers (Healthcare professionals, vendors and suppliers, medical and academic institutions) on all MedEd-related matters for Malaysia and Export Markets  Provide support for Regional ZBI courses, when requiredHow You'll Create Impact What Makes You Stand Out Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills are required to interact in a diverse, challenging environment.Ability to build strong relationships with medical professionals from various countries and cultural backgrounds   Able to work effectively with multi-level stakeholders in a matrix environment.Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.Your Background Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experiences in medical education strategic planning and administration preferably in the medical device or healthcare industryProficient in general principles and standard practices of medical education planning and administrationDemonstrated ability to manage medical education events.Travel Expectations
