Responsibilities:
Provide HR Support: Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, and employee records.Process Transactions: Handle transactions such as onboarding new employees, updating employee information, and processing leave requests.Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and systems.Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.Training: Provide training and support to employees on HR processes and systems.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must Haves
