The Role
Support Global Benefits Management (GBM) team for the transition of new business & existing clients. Assist on claims escalation for key accounts and join in the meeting if required. Assist on claims analysis reports, including loss ratio, frequency of the use, member profile, etc. Assist on annual benchmarking comparison relating to H&B clients. Assist on Internal system updates relate to benefits matters. Assist on preparation of placements, communication deck and renewal reports. Assist on the analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of the plan funding model (insured or self-insured); development of performance indicators for monitoring results. Any ad hoc and operations duties within the team.The Requirements
1-3 years' experience in a Health & Benefits brokerage roleHolds M5, M9, HI, ComGI, BCP, PGIFlexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues, strong client service orientation Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service Good oral and written communication skills Deep knowledge of the Singapore vendor marketplace Technical proficiency in Singaporean employee benefitsBroad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); Proficiency in English language Competencies include: Client Focus Influence and Selling Results Focus Collaboration Thought Leadership and InnovationEqual Opportunity Employer
