Associate Client Service Director, Brand Health Tracking, Geneva

The Associate Client Service Director will have the following main responsibilities:

Be an expert in brand management research and marketing principles to be seen as a trusted brand advisor for the clients. Key client liaison on projects, from collecting the briefing up to the presentation, becoming a point of reference for the client itself, likely to include delivering difficult messages. Manage and develops Research Managers and / or Senior Research Executives: recognize the relative skills and strengths of the team and guides the performance development of managed people, setting clear, motivational, and measurable development objectives.  Operationally coordinate the team, attending to the distribution of the workloads, the control and management of internal project issues. Analyze and present compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations that showcase Ipsos's thought leadership and deliver impactful insights to clients. Identify business opportunities, take active leadership for revenue generation.

 

The desired skills and experiences to become an Associate Client Service Director:

Essential:

University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar 8+ years of professional experience, including in market research agencies Strong market analysis skills, from data to insights with storytelling framework Excellent English skills  Lead various projects at the same time, liaise with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders. Curiosity, proactivity, and entrepreneurship spirit Collaborative and supportive mindset

 

Desirable:

International minded and multicultural oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills Passion for brands, marketing, communication, touch points, media, digital with professional experience in the domain  Other languages than English are an advantage.  Capacity to adapt communication style and tone according to the audience and message
