Your role and responsibilities

The Aspire Internship Program provides college students with a valuable opportunity to develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience across various functions and departments through a one-month internal internship. Participants will engage in meaningful projects while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment, fostering both personal and professional growth.You will be accountable for:•Learning about yourself and ABB’s global business•Engaging with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills•Aspiring to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars •Demonstrating curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projects •Delivering on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.
