AR Credit Controller -
As an AR Credit Controller, you will be responsible to manage the recovery process of outstanding debtors, with outbound and incoming calls. The role will work in the Finance team and closely with the Customer Service team, Sales Organization, and external customers to keep overdue debts to a minimum

Essential Job Results

Responsible for all aspects of AR ledgers, cash collection & credit control functions.

Make outbound collection calls to debtors to recover outstanding bills.

Answer the questions of the customers by phone or email.

Provide customers with accounting statements and update clients bank information.

Reviewing blocked orders within a given timescale and initiating follow up with the relevant parties.

Liaising with the customer service team and other internal teams to resolve disputes/claims.

Initiating customer credit limits review when needed using the corporate credit approval form.

Supporting month end close reporting.

Desired Skills & Experience

Good presentation and numeracy skills.

Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, macros, etc...).

Accounting knowledge desirable.

Excellent communication skills over the phone, via e-mail and face to face.

Accuracy in all aspects of work.

To be self motivated and able to work to your own initiative.

A professional, friendly and approachable attitude and demeanor.

The ability to communicate and build successful professional relationships both internally and externally.

Minimum 3 years of experience as credit collector / AR accounts.

Spanish bilingual and very good command on English (Level Advanced - C1).
