Primary Responsibilities:
Ownership of the overall accountability for the APAC CSM Business Line. Accountable for functional, business, and overall company objectives with commercial leadership for CSM APAC organization. In this role you will develop and implement short, medium and long term strategies for the APAC region, drive commercial growth, foster one team culture on resource synergies and efficiencies, integrate and develop common processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise.
This critical role has the following key accountabilities:
Lead and develop a competent team to drive sales, services, and supporting functions to secure profitable business across APAC region by working closely with the broader Sub regional and global leadership team
Develop and implement actionable sales strategies and growth initiatives, identify and develop opportunity pipelines to drive profitable volume growth in all industries.
Execute on assigned operating plan and targets to assure that business wins profitable and productive service sales
Meet or exceed operational requirements by regular rigor rhythm which includes analytical reporting, session of people reviews, operating reviews, and cost etc.
Build influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers
Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales
Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution
Integrate information, resources, and activities within the China region and/or among global regions
Responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, value generation plans, and execution to deliver PNPs in alignment with Veolia’s MFP.
Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in specific market
Direct the sales team to identify and develop opportunities driving growth
Attract, retain and develop commercial talent and succession planning.
Lead a culture of Integrity, Quality, and EHS.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or above, chemical or related major is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of field sales experience in the Chemical Services industry , with solid sales leadership experience and proven performance.
Strong industry/commercial domain experts to develop the business growth and winning strategy
Must have experiences in HPI/CPI industries with knowledge in the water treatment and petrochemical process treatment using specialty chemical solution and services.

Effective people / team management skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills ...ability to respect and to deal with a diverse team.
Strong and clear communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations in English.
