We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Expert / MI Analyst to join our team to support our Broking platform capabilities and enhancements. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in data analysis and visualization to support the product leadership with insightful reports
The role: Data Management and Reporting: Consolidate and report data from multiple sources into Power BI dashboards, providing comprehensive insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Management Information (MI) Packs: Prepare and deliver MI packs for senior management, client meetings, and conferences, offering essential insights into business performance and trends. System Testing and Maintenance: Conduct testing of new Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate results and maintaining a detailed audit trail of test outcomes. Adhoc Reporting: Generate and deliver adhoc reports and analyses, ensuring timely delivery within specified deadlines to meet business needs. Collaboration and Communication: Participate in conference calls, video conferencing, and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and progress on data projects and reporting initiatives. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, reconcile data sources, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data presented in Power BI. Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on reporting activities, dashboard enhancements, and data quality improvements. Project Management: Deliver critical data projects with high accuracy and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring successful project completion. The Requirements:Educational Background: Graduate, preferably with a strong foundation in Data analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, essential for effective interaction with stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.MS Excel: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA for automation and data analysis.SQL: Extensive experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Power BI: Develop, test, and deploy quarterly Power BI reports, ensuring they are uploaded to the designated workspace for broader organizational access. Familiarity with DAX and M Query is essential for creating insightful reports.Desirable Experience

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
