WTW Crisis Management’s in-house security risk advisory and crisis management client service. Our Crisis Support team are available 24/7 via 3 crisis support operations centres around the world to assist clients throughout the incident timeline. Our Risk Advisory team provide intelligence, consultancy, and training services across the security spectrum. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience of managing security risk, intelligence, and technology projects in order to deliver, maintain, and develop a technology project. We are looking for a candidate with the agility to manage a network of WTW and external stakeholders and suppliers in order to oversee the design, implementation, and smooth running of an Alert:24 sponsored technology project.
The Role
Overall responsibility for design, implementation, and running of an Alert:24 sponsored technology project. Liaison with Alert:24 and Crisis Management management to update on project progression. Liaison and stakeholder management of numerous departments within WTW (including legal, finance, procurement, accounting and invoicing, cyber security, IT, and others). Liaison and stakeholder management of internal Alert:24 teams and Alert:24 contingent workers who will contribute in varying degrees to this technology project.Responsibility for the maintenance and future development of the technology project, bringing in expertise as required.
5 years minimum experience in the international security risk-management sector with an organization that provides security risk management and intelligence.Proven track record in project managementExperience and expertise in technology platforms and servicesTested project management experience managing complex projectsDemonstrable expertise in managing multi-stakeholder environments desirable Experience working in a large multi-national services company (such as WTW) would be preferential
